Before the Conference

Pre-conference information packet will be sent via e-mail prior to the conference.


At the Conference

  • When you arrive: Registration and continental breakfast begin at 7:00am. The registration desk will be in the lobby to the right as you walk in where you will check-in and receive your badge.

  • Sensory Retreat Room: Available for attendees to take a break. There will be low lighting, comfortable seating, space to move around and sensory tools and gadget to explore.

  • Communication cards: Attendees and speakers will be given communication cards along with name tags to help tell others what level of interaction they are comfortable with.

  • Networking: Our World Cafe will be an exciting interactive session for networking and connecting with the community!

  • Food: Coffee and snacks will be provided all day as well as lunch.

  • Internet: WiFi information will be provided.

  • Slack channel: We want to hear from you during the conference! We will have a Slack channel for community engagement.

  • Other quiet spaces: The Heldrich offers a business center with printing capabilities if you require a quiet place for phone calls etc.
